胃肠康定胶囊对大鼠胃溃疡愈合影响的实验研究

目的：观察胃肠康定胶囊对大鼠胃黏膜组织病理变化及溃疡指数的影响。方法：取90只Wistar大鼠随机分成为空fLl对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、胃肠康定小剂量组、胃肠康定大剂量组，每组18只，各组大鼠均造成胃溃疡模型。于造模后第7天、第14天、第21天，各组大鼠随机取6只取材进行常规HE染色观察溃疡面积，胃黏膜组织病理变化。结果：造模后第7天、第14天和第21天，各给药组与模型组比较，胃黏膜组织病理变化及溃疡指数差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），胃肠康定胶堤大剂最组与阳性组在造模后第21天比较，胃黏膜组织病理变化及溃疡指数差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：胃肠康定胶囊能降低大鼠乙酸胃溃疡指数，改茸胃黏膜病理组织变化，对溃疡愈合有明显的促进作用。

Experimental Study On Weichangkangding capsule of Gastric Ulcer Healing In Rats

Objective： To observe the effect of Weichangkangding capsule Of Gastric Ulcer Healing In Rats. Methods： 90 Wistar rats were divided into five groups randomly, normal control group, modelgroup, positive medicine group, high - dosage group, low - dosage group. Gastric Ulcer rat models were established. Gastric ulcer area and Gastric ulcer index were obseIved on days 7, 14 and 21 after model establishment. Results： On days7, 14 and 21 after model establishment, compared with model group, Gastric ulcer area and Gastric ulcer index were significantly decreased. On days 21, compared with positive medicine group, Gastric ulcer area and Gastric ulcer index in high - dosage group were more decreased. Conclusions： Weichangkangding capsule can decrease gastric ulcer index and improve the gastric ulcer area. We can get a conclusion that weichangkangding capsule can play an important role on the healing of the gastric ulcer.
