| 摘 要： | 本文报道经手术病理证实的167例妇科盆腔肿块超声检查结果,超声诊断总的符合率为90.42%(151/167)。其中子宫肌瘤、畸胎瘤、卵巢单纯囊肿、卵巢囊腺瘤以及卵巢癌符合率较高。对于其它疾病引起的盆腔肿块也有价值。因此认为盆腔超声是探测盆腔肿块的一程可靠方法。同时,本文还着重分析误诊漏诊的原因,以吸取教训,供超声诊断借鉴。

| Abstract: | Echographic images of 167 cases gynecologic pelvic masses confirmed by operation and pathology were reported in this paper. The coincidence rate of ultrasonography with pathology was 90. 42% (151/167). Diagnostic rates of ultrasonography for uterine leiomyoma, teratoma, orarian cyst, cystadenoma. and ovarian carcinoma were very higher respectively. Even pelvic ultgrasound for other diseases causing pelvic masses was also useful. So, we recommened that pelvic ultrasound be an accurate method to detect gynecologic pelvic masses. Meanwhile, we put emphasis on analysing the rare causes of diagnostic error and introduce our unsuccessful experience. |
