| 摘 要： | 目的 分析影响重庆市渝中区育龄妇女死亡的相关因素,探讨干预措施.方法 对重庆市渝中区2003～2007年期间416例育龄妇女死亡资料进行回顾性分析.结果 育龄妇女死亡原因前3位分别为恶性肿瘤(35.10%)、意外死亡(26.44%)、心脑血管疾病(11.78%).育龄妇女死亡随年龄的增长呈上升趋势.结论 降低恶性肿瘤和意外死亡的发生率,是降低育龄妇女死亡率的关键.开展健康教育及心理保健,提高妇女自我保健意识和心理健康水平,是降低育龄妇女死亡率的有效途径.
