| 摘 要： | 目的 研究维甲酸在进行期寻常型银屑病中的治疗机制。方法 用免疫组织化学的方法检测维甲酸诱导前后HB GFE在进行期银屑病皮损中的表达。结果 在银屑病皮损中 ,全层几乎无HB EGF的表达 ,维甲酸诱导后 10天可见HB EGF不仅表达于基底层 (10 0 .0 % ) ,且以灶状表达于基底上层 (77.8% )。结论 维甲酸通过上调银屑病表皮中HB EGF的表达 ,抑制角质形成细胞的增殖并诱导凋亡

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanism of reti noid acid in active psoriasis vulgaris. MethodsHB-EGF protein in active psoriatic lesions befor e and 10 days after the introduction with retinoid acid was detected by immunohi stochemistry. ResultsThere was nearly no expression of HB-EGF in psor iatic lesions;after the introduction of retinoid acid,there was expression of H B-EGF not only in basal layer(100.0%),but also focal expression in suprabasal l ayers of epidermis(77.8%). ConclusionRetinoid acid inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of keratinocytes though upregulating expression of HB-EGF in psoriat ic epidermis. |
