| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肠乐得冲剂的制备工艺。方法：以药效学实验、盐酸小檗碱的含量和浸膏得率为指标，采用正交试验法。结果：最佳工艺为水煎法，提取时间１．５ｈ，提取次数２次，加水量１０倍。结论：该制备工艺简便易行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the preparation process of Changlede Granules. Methods: The process was studied by orthogonal design with pharmacodynamic experiment, the content of berberine hydrochloride and the yield of extract as the detective markers. Results: The optimum process is water decoction method: adding 10 times amount of water, decocting for 2 times, 1.5h each time. Conclusion: This process is feasible and high efficient. |
