食道异物取出术麻醉方式的临床研究

目的 探讨食道异物取出术的麻醉方法，提高手术效果。方法 对103例食道异物患者采用强化表面麻醉法和气管内插管麻醉法进行手术和对比观察。结果 103例异物均顺利取出，无严重并发症发生。结论 两种麻醉各具优越性，前者适用于年龄较大的儿童和成年人，后者适用于小儿，尖锐异物，异物停留时间较长及年老伴心血管疾病患者。

The clinical study of mode of anesthesia in operations of extracti on of foreign body in esophagus

Objective In order to probe the ansethetic methods of extracting foreign body in esophagus and improve operative effect.Methods Potentiated surface anesthesia and intratracheal intubation anesthesia were applied in operations to103 cases of foreign bodies in esophagus,and comparative observations were done to these cases.Results All the cases had their foreign bodies extracted smoothly and no serious complication occurred.Conclusion We consider that each anesthetic method has its advantage.The former is suitable for the adolescents and adults,the latter is suitable for the young children,the patients with sharp foreign body;foreign body in esophagus for long time;old adults with disease of cardiovasular system.
