536例下呼吸道感染患者病原菌及耐药分析

摘    要:目的:分析下呼吸道感染(lower respiratory infection,以下简称LRI)患者的病原菌种类分布及其耐药性,为合理用药提供参考。方法:采用WHONET-4软件分析2008—2010年期间住院的536例LRI患者病原菌分布及耐药情况。结果:536例患者中经培养分离出370株病原菌,其中,革兰阴性菌57.30%(212株),革兰阳性菌15.68%(58株),真菌27.02%(100株);病原菌按检测率排序依次是肺炎克雷伯杆菌52株(14.05%),白色念株菌43株(11.62%),鲍曼不动杆菌35株(9.46%),大肠埃希菌33株(8.92%),克柔假丝酵母菌23株(6.22%),铜绿假单胞菌18株(4.86%),曲霉菌18株(4.86%),肺炎链球菌16株(4.32%)。药物敏感试验显示:致病菌对常用抗菌药的耐药性普遍升高,但对阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿米卡星及亚胺培南较敏感。结论:LRI病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,主要的病原菌对临床常用抗菌药物耐药严重。

Abstract:Objective: To analyse the distribution and drug resistance of the pathogenic bacteria in the patients with lower respiratory infection(LRI) and to provide the reference for rational use of the drugs.
