| 摘 要： | 目的:考察医院5种制剂(金蝉口服液、夜咳灵口服液、复方洁霉素滴鼻液、呋喃西林液、复方川贝散)的微生物限度及其质量,为确定医院制剂使用期限提供依据。方法:按《中国医院制剂规范》进行卫生学检查和含量测定。结果:5种制剂在间隔90,180,270,360d内均无微生物生长,其他质量均符合要求。结论:5种医院制剂质量稳定可靠,其中金蝉口服液和呋喃西林液可适当延长使用期。
