| 摘 要： | 目的观察与评价鼻内镜手术治疗真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效.方法对46例真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎患者行鼻内镜手术,彻底清除鼻腔、鼻窦病变组织,开放鼻窦,扩大鼻窦开口,并大量生理盐水彻底冲洗术腔.术后随访1~5年.结果46例中,鼻-鼻窦真菌球34例,术后1~5年复发率0.02%(1/34),该例复发者经2次手术后治愈;变态反应真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎6例,随访1~3年复发率为0.16%(1/6);急性爆发性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎2例,随访2~4年无复发;慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎4例,随访2~5年无复发.46例均无手术并发症出现.结论鼻内镜手术是治疗真菌性鼻-鼻窦炎的有效方式,且并发症少,复发率低,是真菌性鼻窦炎的首选治疗方式.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effects of endoscopy surgery in curing fungicidal rhinal-sinusitis. Methods Using endoscopy surgery to treat 46 patients of fungicidal rhinal-sinusitis: enlarged the entrance of the sinus;get rid of the lesions completely in nasal cavity and the sinus;flushing the operation cavity with the normal saline.Then follow-up visit these patients for 1-5years. Results For the 46 patients of fungicidal rhinal-sinusitis,on surgical complications occurred,and only two case recurred. Conclusions The endoscopy surgery is a good and effect way to treat the patient with fungicidal rhinal-sinusitis,its surgical complications is very few and the recurrence rate is very low. |
