老年冠心病患者血运重建对T波峰末间期的影响

目的评价冠心病患者PCI对T波峰末间期(TpTe)的变化特点与趋势。方法选择冠状动脉造影的患者679例,根据造影结果分为冠心病组536例,对照组143例。冠心病组中血管狭窄≥75%的393例行PCI,其中单支病变176例,双支病变118例,3支病变99例。所有患者均行十二导联心电图检查PCI患者术前、术后1、7 d检测TpTe和TpTe/RR~(1/2),并进行比较。结果冠心病组患者TpTe和TpTeRR~(1/2)较对照组明显延长(P<0.01)。与PCI术前比较,PCI术后1、7 d单支、双支、3支病变患者TpTe、TpTeRR~(1/2)均明显缩短(P<0.01)。且不同病变支数患者PCI前后TpTe和TpTeRR~(1/2)差值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TpTe、TpTeRR~(1/2)可以作为临床上预测心肌缺血,评估PCI术后预后的有效无创指标。

Effects of percutaneous coronary intervention on Tpeak-Tend interval in elderly patients with coronary artery disease

Objective To evaluate the influences of PCI on Tpeak-Tend(TpTe) interval in elderly patients with coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods 679 subjects were selected,all of them underwent coronary angiography(CAG).According to CAG,the patients were divided into two groups:CAD group of 536 patients,control group of 143 patients.393 patients of PCI group were further divided into 176 single-,118 double-and 99 triple-vessel disease subgroups according to the number of vessels with significant stenosis(luminal narrowing of 75%or more).The ECG data were collected from 679 patients undergoing CAG.TpTe and TpTe/RR~(1/2) were measured before and on days 1 and 7 after successful PCI.Results Comparison of TpTe and TpTe//RR~(1/2) between CAD and control groups,showed that TpTe and TpTe/RR~(1/2) were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01).There were significant differences between the values before and on days 1 and 7 after PCI(P<0.01).The values of double-vessel group were much smaller than those of triple-vessel group before and after PCI.Conclusion TpTe and TpTe/RR~(1/2) can reflect the severity of coronary artery stenosis.TpTe and TpTe/RR~(1/2) can be the valid indexes for evaluating myocardial ischemia in CAD patients.
