Bcl-2和Bax在胆管癌中的表达及意义

【目的】检测胆管癌中Bcl 2和Bax的表达,以探讨胆管癌的发生、发展规律。【方法】免疫组化ABC 法检测49例肝外胆管癌和10例正常胆管Bcl 2和Bax的表达。【结果】Bcl 2在胆管癌中阳性表达(48.98%)显 著高于正常胆管(10.00%)(P<0.05);高、中分化胆管癌Bcl 2阳性表达显著高于低分化癌(P<0.05);胆管癌 Bax阳性表达(53.06%)与正常胆管(80.00%)相比无统计学意义(P>0.05),正常胆管Bax阳性表达显著高于 Bcl 2阳性表达(P<0.01),而胆管癌中Bcl 2与Bax阳性表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。【结论】Bcl 2过度表 达对胆管癌的发生可能起促进作用;胆管癌中Bcl 2低表达可能是预后不良的预测指标之一。

Expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in Human Cholangiocarcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

ObjectiveTo detect the expression of B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 gene (Bcl-2) and Bcl-2 associated X protein (Bax) in cholangiocarcinoma (CGC) and explore the rule of its occurrence and progression.The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in 49 cases with CGC and 10 normal bile duct specimens were detected by avidin-biotin-complex (ABC) immunohistochemical staining.The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 in CGC (48.98%) was significantly higher than that in normal bile duct specimens (10.00%)(P<0.05); while the positive expression rates of Bcl-2 in well-differentiated and moderately differentiated CGC were obviously higher than that in poorly differentiated group(P<0.05). No statistic difference was observed between the positive expression rate of Bax in CGC (53.06%) and that in normal bile duct specimens (80.00%)(P>0.05). In normal bile duct specimens, the positive expression rate of Bax(80.00%)were significantly higher than that of Bcl-2(10.00%)(P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between the positive expression rate of Bax and that of Bcl-2 in CGC(P>0.05).Conclusion]Overexpression of Bcl-2 may promote the occurrence of CGC ; whereas the lowered expression of Bcl-2 may be one of the referential indices in predicting the bad prognosis of patients with CGC.
