摘    要:采用差热分析 (DTA)的方法研究了固体药物马来酸罗格列酮的分解反应动力学 ,用Kissinger方程计算求得该药物的热分解动力学参数。结果得到马来酸罗格列酮的热分解反应级数为一级 ;热分解反应活化能E为 12 7 7kJ/mol;频率因子A为 2 0 4× 10 8S-1;相关系数为0 992 5。

Abstract:The thermal decomposition kinetics of rosiglitazone maleate was studied by the technique of differential thermal analysis. The kinetic parameters of thermal decomposition of rosiglitazone maleate were calculated by the Kissinger’s equations. The results were in good agreement .The reaction order of thermal decomposition was the first. The activation energy (E), frequency factor (A) and the correlated coefficient of kinetic equation were 127.7 kJ/mol, 2.04×108 S-1 and 0.992 5 respectively.
