| 摘 要： | 目的观察MEBO治疗皮肤毛细血管瘤CO2激光术后创面的疗效.方法86例随机分为两组,MEBO组在CO2激光术后,创面采用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗,传统组采用外科换药法治疗(外用0.5%碘伏),观察它们的创面愈合时间、创面恢复后的外观状态等.结果外用MEBO组创面平均愈合时间10.5天±1.6天,外观理想;对照组创面平均愈合时间17.0天±2.1天,15例17处创面出现扁平瘢痕.结论MEBO治疗皮肤毛细血管瘤CO2激光术后的创面疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating the wounds caused by carbon dioxide laser after treating skin capillary haemangioma. Method： Grouped retrospectively wounds caused by carbon dioxide laser after treating skin capillary haemangioma into MEBO treatment group and rontin therapy group （applied 0. 5% povidone iodine） Observed the healing time and the appearance of healed wounds. Result： The average healing time of the wounds with MEBO was 10. 5 ± 1.6 days and the appearance was satisfied, but the wounds with povidone iodine was 17. 0 ±2. 1 days. 17 wounds of 15 cases with povidone iodine formed scar. Conclusion： MEBO has conspicuous efficacy in treating the wounds caused by carbon dioxide laser after treating skin capillary haemangioma. |
