MEBO治疗皮肤毛细血管瘤CO2激光术后创面的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察MEBO治疗皮肤毛细血管瘤CO2激光术后创面的疗效.方法86例随机分为两组,MEBO组在CO2激光术后,创面采用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗,传统组采用外科换药法治疗(外用0.5%碘伏),观察它们的创面愈合时间、创面恢复后的外观状态等.结果外用MEBO组创面平均愈合时间10.5天±1.6天,外观理想;对照组创面平均愈合时间17.0天±2.1天,15例17处创面出现扁平瘢痕.结论MEBO治疗皮肤毛细血管瘤CO2激光术后的创面疗效显著.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating the wounds caused by carbon dioxide laser after treating skin capillary haemangioma. Method: Grouped retrospectively wounds caused by carbon dioxide laser after treating skin capillary haemangioma into MEBO treatment group and rontin therapy group (applied 0. 5% povidone iodine) Observed the healing time and the appearance of healed wounds. Result: The average healing time of the wounds with MEBO was 10. 5 ± 1.6 days and the appearance was satisfied, but the wounds with povidone iodine was 17. 0 ±2. 1 days. 17 wounds of 15 cases with povidone iodine formed scar. Conclusion: MEBO has conspicuous efficacy in treating the wounds caused by carbon dioxide laser after treating skin capillary haemangioma.
