肝硬化患者Child-Pugh分级与血清胆碱酯酶及白蛋白相互关系的探讨

目的研究肝硬化患者Child-Pugh分级与血清胆碱酯酶、白蛋白之间的相互关系。方法采用酶速率法,共测定106例Child-PughA-C级肝硬化患者的血清胆碱酯酶和血清白蛋白值。结果单向方差分析表明,随着肝硬化患者Child-PughA级至C级,血清胆碱酯酶和血清白蛋白均有显著差别(P=0.000),多重比较表明,除ChildB级与ChildC级血清白蛋白之间无差别之外(P=0.343),其余各组之间相互比较,均有显著差别;双变量相关分析表明,肝硬化患者血清胆碱酯酶与血清白蛋白存在正相关(r=0.737,P=0.000)。结论虽然血清白蛋白和血清胆碱酯酶均能反映肝硬化患者肝功能损害的程度,但是血清胆碱酯酶比血清白蛋白可能更好地反映肝脏的合成功能及损害。

The relationship among cholinesterase albumin and Child-Pugh score of cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the relationship among cholinesterase, albumin and Child -Pugh score of cirrhosis. Method Totally 106 patients diagnosis as Child-Pugh score A to C of cirrhosis were enrolled in this study. Serum cholinesterase and albumin of the patients of cirrhosis were detected with enzyme rate method. Results Analyzing of One -Way ANOVA indicated that the level of serum cholinesterase and albumin were decreased followed by Child-Pugh score A to C (P=0.000). The others multiple comparisons were highly significant except for no difference of the level of serum albumin was found between Child-Pugh score B and Child-Pugh score C ( P=0.343). Analyzing of bivariate revealed highly significant correlations between serum cholinesterase and albumin in any patients of cirrhosis( r=0.737,P=0.000). Conclusion Both the level of serum albumin and cholinesterase can reflect functions of the damage of cirrhosis, but the level of serum cholinesterase may better and more sensitively reflect the synthetic function and the damage of the liver than that of albumin.
