麻疹减毒活疫苗病毒续发传染免疫的实验研究

摘    要:以17对孪生婴儿作配对研究对象,35名幼儿园半寄宿生为分组研究对象。两者均采取一组接种麻疹疫苗(MV),另一组不予接种的方式,通过血清学检测,观察MV病毒能否引起“续发传染免疫”。结果在接种MV组免疫成功的情况下,另一组未能相应获得免疫。说明MV病毒难以通过空气传播途径在人间互传,提示了在MV接种覆盖面不完全的情况下,无法由MV病毒的续发传染免疫来增强人群免疫屏障。

Abstract:In this study, we selected 17 pairs of twin infants and 35 half- time resident children in nursery school as our objects of study. Since these children were so closely contacted, we intended to know whether vaccination of the attenuated measles vaccine(MV) virus can trans- ndt among them via air transndssion and results in a secondary - infection inumunization. In the twin infant group which set as matched case - control study, half pair of the twins were inumunized with MV and the other were as controls . In group of half- time resident children, 21 were randomly selected for vaccination, the others were as controls. Two serum samples of each object were collected before and 6 - 8 weeks after vaccination, and the measles antibody was assayed by passive hentagglutination (PHA). The results showed when successful immunization was obtained in the vaccinated groups the inumunization effect was not found in the control groups correspondingly. This indicated that MV virus can not transmit among persons via air transmission, so when the inumunization coverage rate of MV is incomplete, it is impossible to build an inumune barrier in Human population by de- pending on a secodary - infection immunization.
