两种掩蔽方法在纯音骨导听阈测试中的应用

目的：对纯音骨导听阈测试中的两种掩蔽方法进行比较。方法：通过对20例耳科正常青年人及109例有不同性质听力损失的患者分别用平台法和阶梯法掩蔽进行骨导听阈测试。结果：两种方法在0．25～4．00kHz各倍频的骨导听阈，最终掩蔽级方面无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；平台法测试时间【（14．0±4．0）min]较阶梯法【（12．0±3．9）min]长，具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：平台法和阶梯法均为纯音听阈测听中获得骨导听阈的有效方法，二者各有长短，在临床工作中应根据需要灵活应用。

Two masking methods of bone-conduction threshold measurement in pure tone audiometry

Objective： To compare two masking methods of bone-conduction threshold measurement in pure tone au- diometry. Methods： Subjects including 20 health young people with normal heating and 109 cases with different heating loss, were tested bone-conduction threshold respectively by the plateau method and the step method. Results： From 0.25 to 4.00 kHz, there were no statistical differences in bone-conduction threshold measurement and in final effective masking levels （P〉0.05）. But there was statistical difference in testing time （P〈0.05）, and the plateau method （14.0±4.0） minutes] took more time than the step method （12.0±3.9） minutes]. Conclusion： The plateau method and the step method were both effective masking methods of bone-conduction threshold measurement in pure tone andiometry and each had its strong points, which should be used flexibly.
