复方消疲悦意饮治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床观察

目的：观察复方消疲悦意饮对慢性疲劳综合征（CFS）的临床疗效。方法：对治疗组31例和对照组16例CFS患者分别予口服复方消疲悦意饮和归脾丸、谷维素，比较两组患者临床症状的改善情况。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为87．10％和56．25％，组间比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。与对照组比较，治疗组对疲劳、咽痛、肌肉疼痛、睡眠障碍及运动后疲劳等症状改善明显（P〈0．05）。结论：复方消疲悦意饮可显著改善CFS的临床症状，减轻疲劳。

Observation of the clinical effects of compound xiao-pi-yue-yi decoction in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of compound Xiao-pi-yue-yi decoction in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Methods: 31 patients of the treating group were given compound Xiao-pi-yue-yi decoction, and 16 patients of the control group were given Gui-pi pill and oryzanol tablet, respectively. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the treating group was significantly higher than that of the control group (87.1% vs (56.25%), P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the clinical symptoms of the treating group, including fatigue, pharyngalgia, muscular soreness, sleep disorder and postexercise fatigue, were all significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound Xiao-pi-yue-yi decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with CFS, relieve fatigue.
