提肛运动在预防经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后尿失禁中的作用

目的探讨提肛运动对经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TUVP)后尿失禁的影响作用。方法将2004年1月～2006年6月在本科行前列腺汽化电切术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组除按常规治疗护理外,还有计划、有目的地指导患者行渐进性提肛运动从术前2天开始直至出院,对照组按常规进行治疗护理和卫生宣教。结果观察组患者术后尿失禁发生率(15.6%)明显低于对照组(45.2%)。结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术患者行渐进性提肛运动可有效预防术后尿失禁,减轻患者心理负担,减少术后并发症。

Action of the exercise of lifting the anus in the prevention of urinary incontinence after transurethral electrovaporization

[Objective] To investigate the influent action of the exercise of lifting anus in prevention of urinary incontinence after transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate. [Methods] Patients of transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate from January 2004 to June 2006 in our department were randomly divided into observation and control groups. The patients in observation group were directed gradually to do the exercise of lifting anus except the routine treatment and nursing from 2 day before operation until discharging from hospital according to the plan and purpose. The treatment and propaganda-education were given to the patients of the control group according to the routine methods. [Result] Patients in observation group had incontinence rate of postoperation of 15.6(%), which was markedly lower than control group 45.2(%). [Conclusion] The gradual exercise of lifting anus was carried out in patients of transurethral electrovaporization, which can effectively prevent the urinary incontinence and reduce the psychologic burden and the complication of postoperation.
