呼吸道合胞病毒所致豚鼠中耳内耳病变的光镜观察

摘    要:将呼吸道合胞病毒注入豚鼠中耳腔内,于接种后不同时间取材进行病毒分离,血清学检查及光镜观察。中耳粘膜病毒培养阳性率一周内为50%。血清特异性抗体IgG滴度呈逐渐增高的趋势。光镜观察中耳粘膜以变性坏死性炎症为主。伴有以淋巴细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润,三周后基本恢复。耳蜗毛细胞部分变性,少数坏死。前庭终器感觉毛细胞亦出现变性。结果表明:呼吸道合胞病毒能致豚鼠急性中耳炎症,并使内耳感觉毛细胞变性。

Abstract:Respiratory syncytial virus ( RSV ) was inoculated into the middle ear of guinea pigs. Samples were taken on the 2nd, 4th, 7th, 10th, 14th, 21th and 30th days after inoculation for virus culture and serologic test as well as observation with light microscopy. The positive rate of RSV culture from middle ear mucous membrane was 50% within the first week. The geomatrical mean titer of antibody IgG to RSV in sera rised gradually. Under light microscopy, the main pathological changes of the mucous membrane were degeneration and necrosis as well as infiltration of inflammatory cells composed mainly of lymphocytes. The mucous membranes recovered after 21 days. Part of the hair cells of the cochlea and some hair cells of the vestibular organs were degenerated. The results indicate that the RSV can cause an acute infection of middle ear and degeneration of hair cells of inner ear in guinea pigs and the auditory function may be influenced finally.
