bFGF在牙周病变组织中表达的定量研究

目的 :研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)在正常牙龈 (NG)、增生性龈炎 (HG)、成人牙周炎 (AP)龈组织中的免疫定位 ,以探讨bFGF分布与HG、AP发生发展之间的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化染色SABC法和图像分析技术 ,对人NG( 16例 )、HG( 2 4例 )、AP( 3 0例 )牙龈组织的上皮和间质组织bFGF表达进行定量分析。结果 :bFGF在HG、AP龈组织表达增强 ,阳性颗粒主要定位于上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞、成纤维细胞、炎症细胞的胞浆内 ,细胞外基质 (ECM )有增强表达。bFGF在HG、AP龈组织表达阳性率和含量显著高于正常对照 (P <0 .0 0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。AP表达阳性率显著高于HG(P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,而含量与HG差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :bFGF是影响HG、AP发生发展的重要致病因子 ,它与HG、AP的发生发展密切相关。

The study on the expression of bFGF in the gingiva of periodontal diseases

Objective:To explore the expression and its significiance of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF )on hyperplastic gingivitis( HG), adult periodontitis(AP)during the development and progression of periodontal diseases.Method: A sensitive SABC immunohistochemical method and image pattern analysis technique were adopted in examination of the localization and content of bFGF in normal gingiva (NG) 16 cases,HG24cases,AP 30cases.Result:(1)The expression of bFGF in HG and AP was higher than NG which immunocreative material was prominent within the cytoplasm of epithelial cells,endothelial cells,fibloblasts and macrophages as well as abundant expression is noted in the extracellular matrix(ECM).(2)The proportion of positive cells and cellular content of bFGF in HG ,AP were all significantly higher than that in NG(p<0.005,p<0.01).(3)The proportion of bFGF positive cells in AP was significantly higher than that in HG(p<0.005),but no significant difference between them in the cellular content(p>0.05).Conclusion:The results of this research suggest bFGF could play a possible role in the pathogenesis of HG,AP.
