| 摘 要： | 目的探讨住院精神病患者合并2型糖尿病（T2DM）的健康教育形式。方法自制调查表对147例住院精神病合并T2DM患者随机分成3组进行不同形式的健康教育1个月，A组集体教育64例，B组以小组形式45例，C组单个形式38例，完成健康教育后1个月比较3种健康教育效果，资料经χ^2检验进行统计分析。结果健康教育能增加患者的疾病知识；单个形式优于集体和小组形式，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对住院精神病合并T2DM患者开展单个形式的健康教育效果好。
