摘    要:RhoE/Rnd3是Ras鸟苷酸结合蛋白超家族的新成员,调节细胞骨架的重组,影响细胞的生长和迁移。核糖基转移酶C3Stau可以修饰并改变RhoE/Rnd3蛋白的活性,下游效应蛋白Soc ius、ROCK I以及p190 RhoGAP则参与信号的传导。RhoE/Rnd3与疾病,尤其是肿瘤的发生发展有关。

Abstract:RhoE/Rnd3 is a novel member of Ras GTP binding protein superfamily.It can regulate the cytoskeletal reorganization and influence the cell growth and migration.The ribosyltransferase C3~(Stau)can modify RhoE/Rnd3 and change its activity,while the downstream effectors Socius,ROCK I and p190 RhoGAP participate in the Rnd3 GTPase-induced signal transduction pathways.RhoE/Rnd3 is associated with the initiation and development of disease, particularly with cancer.
