| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨剖宫产术时用肝针“8”字缝合子宫治疗胎盘附着处收缩乏力性出血的临床价值。方法：对剖宫产术时胎盘附着处收缩乏力性出血的患者，用肝针进行“8”字缝合，观察止血效果。结果：20例患者均迅速止血．保留子宫。结论：肝针缝合术治疗剖宫产术时胎盘附着处收缩乏力性出血简单、有效，值得推广。
