| 肺癌脑膜转移17例诊断治疗 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的研究肺癌脑膜转移的临床诊断、治疗方法以及预后。方法对17例肺癌脑膜转移的临床资料回顾性分析。结果有明确影象诊断者17例,CSF细胞学诊断6例,17例分别接受鞘内化疗、放疗和全身化疗等治疗,总生存期为5周~18个月,中位生存期为7个月。结论肺癌脑膜转移是癌症的1个严重的并发症之一,预后差,诊断主要依靠CSF细胞学和MRI,治疗手段有鞘内化疗,局部放疗和全身化疗等。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis,therapies and prognosis of meningeal metastases secondary to lung cancer(LCMM).Methods The clinical materials of 17 patients with LCMM were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of all these patients,LCMM was diagnosed by CT/MRI scan in 17 cases and by cytological analysis of CSF in 6 patients,the patients received therapies including intrathecal chemotherapy,radiotherapy and systemic chemotherapy.Median survival was 7 months(range 5 weeks to 18 months ).Conclusion LCMM,with a poor prognosis,is one of the most serious complications of cancer.At present,all the therapies are palliative. |
