女性抑郁症与性激素水平的关系研究

目的:探讨女性抑郁症与性激素水平的关系。方法:用化学发光法测定30例抑郁症患者治疗前、后血清雌二醇、孕酮、睾酮、促甲状腺激素水平,并与30例正常对照比较。结果:女性抑郁症患者治疗前,雌二醇、游离T4、睾酮和孕酮水平均显著低于正常对照,促甲状腺激素极显著高于对照组。经盐酸氟西汀治疗后,雌二醇、游离T4、睾酮和孕酮含量显著升高;促甲状腺激素显著降低。结论:女性抑郁症患者存在性激素水平显著改变,尤其雌二醇极显著偏低,与抑郁症发生关系极为密切。

Relationship of female melanchojia and sex hormones levels

Objective: To probe into relationship between female melancholia and sex hormones levels. Methods: Serum E2 levels,progesterone,testosterone and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels were measured with chemiluminescence immunoassays in 30 depressive patients before and after treatment comparing with 30 normal controls. Results: Estradiol ELISA,free T3 and T4,progesterone and testosterone were significantly lower in female depressive patients before treatment than those in normal controls,while TSH was remarkably higher. There were prominent increases of fstradiol ELISA,free T4,progesterone and testosterone after treating with fluoxetine hydrochloride. By contrary,TSH lies in a notable reduction. Conclusion: There are significant changes of the sex hormones levels,especially,the lower level of estradiol ELISA ,in female depressive patients .
