| 摘 要： | 对１９９０～１９９９ 年湛江市学龄前儿童发中Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃａ含量进行了连续１０年的调查分析。结果显示：①发Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃａ含量１０ 年的总平均值分别为：６５．１３、２８．７８、４６９．７３ μｇ／ｇ，与一些城市相比处于较低水平；②发Ｚｎ、Ｃａ 含量有随年龄增加而增高的趋势，发Ｚｎ 含量在各年龄组中均为男高于女（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），发Ｃａ 含量在３～４、４～５ 岁组为女高于男（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。

| Abstract: | An investigation of contents of Zn,Fe,Ca in preschool children's hair in Zhanjiang during ten years had been conducted.The results showed that the average values of Zn,Fe,Ca contents in hair during ten years were respectively 65.13 μg/g,28.78 μg/g,469.73 μg/g,which were lower in Zhanjiang than those in some other eities.Therre was a tendency that the contents of Zn and Fe in hair would increase with age.The content of Zn in hair in male was significantly higher than that in female in every age group (P<0.01),while the content of Ca in hair in 3～4 and 4～5 years old groups was obviously higher in female than in male (P<0.01). |
