| 摘 要： | 目的分析小儿各种开胸术中肺损伤的修补方法。方法总结了1990年2月至2011年2月本院开胸手术2400台，在各种开胸术中遇不同程度肺损伤47例，均采用“肌片粘贴”修补。结果所有病例效果满意，随访1～3年，行2次以上肺CT检查，无结节、瘢痕、钙化等不良反应，恢复良好，无死亡病例。结论医用胶肌片粘贴修复小儿开胸术中各种肺破裂伤，方法简单，效果可靠。

| Abstract: | Objetive To analyze the repair methods of lung injury in various pediatric thoracotomy. Methods 2400 cases of pediatric thoracotomy in our department from February 1990 to February 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. 47 cases of various degrees of lung injury was encountered and all were repaired by muscle-piece pasting. Results The results were satisfactory in all cases after 1 to 3 years follow-up and more than 2 times lung CT scan. There was no adverse reactions such as nodules, scarring, and calcification, and no death in all cases with good recovery. Conclusions The method of muscle piece pasting using medical glue to repair lung injury in pediatric thoracotomy is simple, effective and reliable. |
