| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨稽留流产术后B超监测子宫内膜厚度对官腔粘连的临床价值。方法：将2011年1月至2012年12月收治的100例稽留流产术后患者随机分为对照组和实验组各50例，对照组予常规治疗，实验组加服妈富隆．应用B超监测两组患者流产术后子宫内膜厚度及官腔、宫颈管粘连情况。结果：实验组子宫内膜修复较快，无出现宫腔粘连病例，对照组宫腔粘连发生率为6％。结论：稽留流产术后用B超监测子宫内膜厚度对发现宫腔粘连有一定的预测作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical value of monitoring endometrial thickness by B-uhrasound for intrauterine adhesions after the missed abortion operation. Method： 100 patients with after the missed abortion operation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and each group was 50 cases. The experimental group was taken Marvelon based on the control group was accepted routine treatment. Application of B- ultrasound monitored the thickness of endometrium, uterine and cervical adhesions of patient with after the missed abortion operation. Results：The endometrial repaired quickly and no intrauterine adhesions in the experimental group, while the incidence of intrauterine adhesions was 6%. Conclusion： It is of certain prediction effect of monitoring endometrial thickness for intrauterine adhesions by B-ultrasound after missed abortion operation. |
