莫西沙星治疗成人衣原体肺炎的疗效研究

目的：观察莫西沙星序贯疗法治疗成人衣原体肺炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将2008年5月-2012年12月我科收治的61例成人衣原体肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组31例采用莫西沙星治疗，对照组30例应用阿奇霉素治疗，疗程2周；比较两组的临床疗效及安全性。结果：治疗组总有效率为90．3％（28／31），显著高于对照组的63．3％（19／30）；治疗组不良反应发生率16．1％（5／31）明显低于对照组的36．7％（11／30）；P均〈0．05。结论：莫西沙星序贯疗法治疗成人衣原体肺炎较阿奇霉素的疗效好，不良反应少。

Efficacy Study of Adults Patients with Chlamydia Pneumoniae Treated by Moxifloxacin

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of adult patients with chlamydia pneumonia treated by Moxifloxacin sequentially. Methods： 61 adult patients with chlamydia pneumonia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group from May 2008 to Dec 2012. The treatment group was 31 cases and accepted Moxifloxacin, while the control group was 30 cases and accepted Azithromycin for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group 90.3%（28/31） ＆63.3%（11/30）], but the adverse reactions rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group 16.1% （5/31）＆ 36.7% （11/30）], both P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： Compared with Azithromycin, Moxifloxacin sequential therapy for adult patients with chlamydia pneumoniae has good efficacy and fewer adverse reactions.
