| 摘 要： | 目的探讨艾滋病合并肺孢子菌肺炎(PCP)的影像学特征,旨在提高对该疾病的认识。方法回顾性分析经临床诊断或病理证实的16例艾滋病合并肺孢子菌肺炎的临床、影像学资料,总结其影像学特征。结果 16例艾滋病合并PCP患者中,表现小斑片影1例,小结节影1例,表现范围不等的磨玻璃影11例,肺气囊1例,间质改变2例。两肺弥漫性表现者占37%以上。结论肺内出现范围不等的磨玻璃样改变对于艾滋病合并PCP的诊断有较大的临床指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the imaging characteristics of AIDS with Pneumocystis pneumonia（PCP）, aimed at raising awareness of the disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical and imaging data of 16 eases of AIDS with pneumoeystis pneumonia confirmed by clinical diagnosis or pathology in our hospital from 2009 to 2011, the imaging characteristics were summarized. Results 16 cases of AIDS merge PCP patients, the performance of small patches shadow in one case, the range of expression, ranging from ground-glass opacities of 11 cases, 1 case of pneumatocele, two cases of interstitial. Lungs diffuse performance accounted for more than 37%. Conclusion The lungs appeared wide-ranging ground glass-like changes in the clinical significance for the diagnosis of AIDS merger PCP. |
