| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导下射频消融治疗脾脏血管瘤的可行性、有效性和临床应用前景。方法在局麻下,对2例脾脏血管瘤实施超声引导下经皮射频消融治疗。结果 2个病灶在术后1个月经脾脏增强CT/MRI复查显示病灶完全消融,无治疗相关并发症发生。结论超声引导下行脾脏血管瘤的射频消融治疗是一项安全、有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation of two cases of splenic hemangioma. Methods Ultrasound-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation under local anesthesia, the implementation of the two cases the spleen bemangioma. Results 2 lesions showed complete ablation of lesions through enhanced CT / MRI review after a month,and no treatment-related complications. Conclusion That ultrasoundguided radiofrequency ablation is a safe and effective treatment. |
