口腔颌面部癌症患者健康教育效果的调查分析

目的了解口腔颌面部癌症患者及家属在健康教育前后对口腔癌症相关知识的知晓率。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对77例口腔颌面部癌症患者及家属在健康教育前后进行问卷调查。结果不同文化程度口腔癌症患者及家属对健康教育知晓率具有统计学意义(P<0.05);口腔癌症患者及家属对健康教育前后知晓率具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对口腔颌面部癌症患者及家属进行全面、循序渐进的健康教育,重点加强文化程度较低的口腔颌面部癌症患者及家属的健康教育,使口腔癌症患者及家属对口腔癌症相关知识的知晓率提高,有利于正确和有针对性地进行护理。

Analysis on the Health Education Effect of Oral and Maxillofacial Cancer Patients

Objective To obtain the awareness rate of the patients and their family members＇ relatea anowleage on oral and maxillofacial cancer before and after the health education. Mathods To survey 77 patients with oral and maxillofacial caner and their family members through the questionnaire designed by the writers before and after the health education. Results The related knowledge of the patients and their family members on the cancer is significantly different. Conclusion To educate the patients and their family members step by step and comprehensively. More emphasis should be laid on educating the patients who are poor educated and their family members so that they can have more knowledge on the disease and the patients can be nursed correctly and properly.
