| 摘 要： | 目的分析颅咽管瘤的CT与MRI影像学特征,提高诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析18例经手术与病理证实的颅咽管瘤的CT与MRI影像学表现,其中11例CT检查,5例MRI检查,2例同时做CT和MRI。结果肿瘤累及鞍上12例、鞍内4例、鞍上鞍内联合受累2例;CT显示肿瘤钙化较佳,MR可三维成像,能准确显示肿瘤的位置及邻近情况。结论 CT与MRI相辅相成,为颅咽管瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断提供重要的信息,结合病人临床资料可进一步提高诊断准确率。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the eraniopharyngioma in CT and MRI imaging features, improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Methods a retrospective analysis of 18 cases confirmed by operation and pathology of solid craniopharyngioma CT and MRI imaging findings, including 11 cases of CT, 5 cases of MRI, 2 cases of CT and MRI. Results 12 cases of tumors involving the upper saddle, saddle, saddle on 4 cases of intrasellar joint involvement in 2 cases; CT showed tumor calcification better, MR three-dimensional imaging, can accurately display the location of the tumor and adjacent situation. Conclusion CT and MRI complement each other, as craniopharyngioma in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis with important information, combined with patient clinical data can further improve the accuracy of diagnosis. |
