经阴道缝扎子宫动脉下行支联合宫颈钳夹术治疗产后出血临床分析

目的：探讨经阴道缝扎子宫动脉下行支联合宫颈钳夹术治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法：将明确为宫颈因素所致的产后出血64例分为研究组（n=33）和对照组（n=31），研究组经阴道缝扎子宫动脉下行支联合宫颈钳夹术进行止血，对照组经阴道行宫颈间断缝合术，比较两组止血效果。结果：研究组手术平均时间、止血时间及产后2h出血量均明显少于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：经阴道缝扎子宫动脉下行支联合宫颈钳夹术能快速有效地治疗源于宫颈因素的产后出血。

Clinical Analysis of Patient with Postpartum Hemorrhage Treated by Descending Uterine Artery Ligation and Cervical Clamping by Transvaginal

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of the descending uterine artery ligation combine with cervical clamping by transvaginal in postpartum hemorrhage. Methods： 64 patients with postpartum hemorrhage of cervical factors were divided into research group （n = 33） and control group （n = 31）. The research group was treated by descending uterine artery ligation and cervical clamping by transvaginal, while the control group was treated by discontinuity cervical suturing by transvaginal. The effect was compared between the two groups. Result： The mean operative duration,length of operation and amount of postpartum bleeding in 2 hours was significantly lower in the research group than those in the control group（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The descending uterine artery ligation and cervical clamping by transvaginal is a celerity and effective therapy for patient with postpartum hemorrhage of cervical factors.
