儿童热性惊厥、佝偻病及缺铁性贫血的相关性研究

目的：探讨儿童热性惊厥、佝偻病与缺铁性贫血的关系。方法：将我院自2011年1月-2012年12月期间收治188例患儿分为热性惊厥组、发热组、佝偻病组、无佝偻病组各47例，比较各组相关指标。结果：热性惊厥组佝偻病的发病率高于发热组（P〈0．01），佝偻病组的热性惊厥高于无佝偻病组（P〈0．05）；血红蛋白与25一OH—D3、惊厥次数的简单相关系数为0．7477和0．6544，P均〈0．05，25-OH—D3与惊厥次数的简单相关系数为0．8754。P〈0．01。结论：小儿热性惊厥及佝偻病均与缺铁性贫血存在一定的相关性。

Research of Relations of Febrile Convulsions, Rickets on Iron Deficiency Anemia in Children

Objective： To explore the relationship of febrile convulsions and rickets on iron deficiency anemia in children. Methods： 188 children in our hospital from Jan 2011 to Dee 2012 were randomly divided into febrile convulsion group,fever group,rickets group,no rickets group,and each group was 47 cases. Results： Febrile co nvulsion in children is higher than that of group rickets fever group （P 〈 0.01 ）; Rickets group children with febrile convulsion in children with rickets group was higher than that of （P 〈 0.05） ; Simple correlation coefficients of hemoglobin and 25-OH-D3 is 0.7477 （P 〈 0.05）, Simple correlation coefficients of hemoglobin and convulsion times is 0.6544 （P 〈 0.05）, 25-OH-D3 and convulsion times simple correlation coefficient is 0.8754 （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Febrile seizures and rickets are associated with iron deficiency anemia in certain degree in children.
