| 摘 要： | 目前糖尿病加速流行，需要手术治疗的眼科糖尿病患者也日益增加。围手术期快速平稳地血糖控制，不仅能够保证手术顺利进行，还能减少术后并发症，有利于视力的恢复。而胰岛素泵是目前调节血糖最理想的手段。本文回顾了糖尿病相关眼科疾病流行病学以及手术治疗方法，探讨了高血糖和血糖波动对预后的影响以及围手术期血糖的管理，发现胰岛素泵的应用能减少围手术期血糖波动，降低手术并发症，使手术更为安全、有效。

| Abstract: | The prevalence of diabetic mellitus （DM） is speed-up, and more eye diseases in DM need an operation. Ideal blood glucose （BG） concentration is necessary to operate smoothly and decrease the complications. Meanwhile,it will helpful to the recovery of vision. Insulin pump is the best means of controlling BG. This article retrospects the prevalence of ophthalmic diabetics and surgical treatments, discusses the influence of hyperglycemia and BG fluctuation and the way to get a good BG during the pe- ri-operation period. It emphasizes that using of insulin pump can reduce BG fluctuation, decrease the complication of operation and make operation more safely and effective. |
