| 摘 要： | 目的观察养血清脑颗粒结合银杏叶片治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法对73例椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用养血清脑颗粒和银杏叶片治疗，疗程4周；观察临床疗效和治疗前后左颈动脉（LVA）、右颈动脉（RVA）、基底动脉（BA）的血流速度变化。结果痊愈44例，好转26例，未愈3例；治愈率为60．27％，总有效率为85．89％。治疗后LVA、RVA、BA的血流速度明显加快（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论养血清脑颗粒结合银杏叶片治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切，并可改善椎-基底动脉的血流速度。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Yangxue Qingnao Granule" and "Yinxingye Tablet" in the treatment of cervical spondylotic arteriopathy(CSA). Methods Seventy-three CSA cases were treated with "Yangxue Qingnao Granule" and "Yinxingye Tablet" for four weeks.
