THE CONVENTIONAL EQUIPMENT UMBILICAL SINGLE INCISION LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY SURGICAL SKILLS

Objective To explore the Surgical skills and safety laparoscopic cholecystectomy through a umbilical single incision.Methods The clinical data of 61 patients by normal laparoscopic instrument encountered some difficult problems and coping through umbilical single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed from November 2010 to August 2011.Results Of the 61 patients,58 underwent transumbilical single incision laparoscopic eholecystectomy and 3 cases were converted to the standard two-port laparoscopic technique.No conversion to open belly the cosmetic effect of incision was satisfactory without any complications.Conclusions Through umbilical single hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy can be completed safely by normal laparoscopic instrument,the belly scar wasn’t obvious.The difficulties in technique are easyly to be broken through.
