2007-2009年南京地区23家医院抗感染药物利用分析

目的:分析2007-2009年南京地区抗感染药物应用状况及趋势,为临床合理应用抗感染药及其科学管理提供依据。方法:应用金额排序法和用药频度排序法,对南京地区23家医院2007-2009年临床使用的抗感染药物进行统计和分析。结果:2007-2009年抗感染药物用药总额增长迅速,到2010年为止,金额已过10亿元,年均增长率为22.38%,其中β内酰胺类药物占市场份额的一半以上。位于DDDs排序前列的为左氧氟沙星、罗红霉素和阿莫西林。结论:2007-2009年南京地区抗感染药物各品种使用基本规范,但仍应加强对于β内酰胺类、喹诺酮类药物及大环内酯类等药物的管理,以提高药物疗效,减少药物耐药性。

Analysis of antibiotic utilization in 23 hospitals in Nanjing area during 2007-2009

Objective: To analyze the utilization and tendency of antibiotics in 23 hospitals in Nanjing area from 2007-2009 for providing a basis for rational use and management of antibiotics.Methods: Drugs consumption was analyzed by sum and DDDs.Results: The consumption sum increased from 0.68 billion in 2007 to 1.02 billion in 2009,with a high rate of annual mean increasing(22.38%).The β-lactam antibiotics occupied more than half of the market share,and levofloxacin,roxithromycin and amoxicillin ranked the forefront in the orders of DDDs.Conclusion: The consumption sum and DDDs ranking of antibiotics in Nanjing during 2007-2009 are basically stable and normal.However,it is necessary to tighten control on the use of β-lactam antibiotics,quinolones and macrolides,in order to improve the drug efficacy and reduce drug resistance.
