艾普拉唑治疗反流性食管炎180例的疗效及安全性

目的:初步探讨艾普拉唑肠溶片治疗反流性食管炎(reflux esophagitis,RE)的近期疗效和安全性。方法:180例RE患者,随机分为低剂量(10 mg)和高剂量(15 mg)艾普拉唑组和埃索美拉唑(40 mg)组,各组连续服药8周。服药后2,4和8周观察烧心、反酸等症状的缓解情况以及药物安全性和耐受性;服药后4周末和8周末观察内镜下RE的愈合率。结果:低剂量和高剂量艾普拉唑组与埃索美拉唑组之间的RE症状缓解的中位时间无统计学显著差异;8周末,组间症状缓解总有效率的差异无显著性;4周末,食管炎愈合总有效率在低剂量和高剂量艾普拉唑组分别为85%和90%,埃索美拉唑40 mg组为86.67%,差异无统计学意义;8周末,食管炎愈合率在低剂量和高剂量艾普拉唑组分别为90%和93.33%,埃索美拉唑组为91.67%,差异无统计学意义。高剂量艾普拉唑组有1例患者出现头晕,埃索美拉唑组有1例患者丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)轻度升高,停药后均恢复正常。结论:艾普拉唑能快速缓解RE的临床症状,促进食管炎愈合,且安全有效。

Efficacy and safety of ilaprazole in the treatment of 180 patients with reflux esophagitis

Objective: To determine the near-term efficacy and safety of ilaprazole in the treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods: Totally 180 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into 3 groups,and treated with ilaprazole 10,15 mg or esomeprazole 40 mg for 8 weeks.At 2,4 and 8 weeks after the treatment,the symptoms of heartburn and sour regurgitation as well as the safety and tolerance were observed.The esophagitis healing rates were re-examined by endoscopy at the end of 4 and 8 weeks.Results: There was no significant difference among 3 groups in the median time of symptomatic relief at the end of 4 or 8 weeks.The effective rates of the symptom relief in ilaprazole 10,15 mg and esomeprazole 40 mg groups were 85%,90% and 86.67% at the end of 4 weeks;and 90%,93.33% and 91.67% at the end of 8 weeks.For the ilaprazole 15 mg group,one patient got dizzy giddy,and one patient in esomeprazole group had slight elevation of ALT and AST,but the symptoms disappeared without any treatment.Conclusion: Ilaprazole can rapidly remit the symptoms of reflux esophagitis,and promote the healing of reflux esophagitis safely and effectively.
