| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的临床效果。方法回顾分析经手术治疗的43例OSAHS病人临床资料,并随访其疗效。结果术后随访3个月,有效41例(打鼾、憋气等症状改善);无效2例(症状改善不明显)。39例随访6个月,33例有效。23例术后随访12个月,18例有效。17例随访18个月,12例有效。且均未发生严重并发症。结论合理选择OSAHS病人,并针对上气道不同平面的阻塞部位进行手术可以获得较满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment for obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods Clinical data of 43 OSAHS patients receiving surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were followed-up and their therapeutic effects were observed.Results All 43 cases were followed up for at least 3 months and 41 were effective.Thirty-three of 39 cases,18 of 23 cases and 12 of 17 cases were effective at the time-points of 6,12,and 18 months postoperatively.No severe complications occurred in all 43 cases.Conclusion Reasonable selection of patients and proper choice of surgical procedures according to the obstructive site in the upper airway for the OSAHS can improve the therapeutic effect. |
