口吃矫治的初步探讨—附577例分析

我院1982年2月～1983年3月治疗16期共577例口吃患者,男占91.2％,16～30岁占88％。5～7岁发病者占40％,模仿致病者占77.1％,口吃是由心理因素引起的疾惠。矫治口吃以心理治疗为主,辅以言语训练,使之建立良好的言语习惯。每天矫治3小时,21天为一期。疗效:痊愈29.3％,显效43.5％,好转19.1％,有效率91.1％。重复型口吃疗效最好(痊愈达55.8％)。本文并叙述了心理治疗和言语训练的内容及方法。

Treatment of Stuttering

577 cases of stuttering were treated with collective therapeutic method from February,1982 to Auguest,1983.The male accounted for 91.2% and age varies from 16 to 30 years old.The cases with onset at the age of 5 to 7 years were 40%.The patients with an etiology of immitation amounted to 77.1%. Stuttering is the disease strongly influenced by psychological factor. The treatment of stuttering lies mainly in psychological therapy and the auxiliary therapy with language training with the purpose of setting up a good habit of language.The process of treatment for stuttering is 3 hour every day and a course of treatment covers a period of 21 days.The excellent result of treat-ment is 29.3%;dominant effect 43.5%;improvernent 19.1%;effec-tive rate 91.1%.The result is very good in stuttering of the repeat type (excellent 55.8%).
