特居乐对药物流产后阴道出血及月经周期的影响

目的探讨药物流产后女性应用特居乐对阴道出血及月经周期的影响。方法选择40岁以下无药物流产和口服避孕药禁忌症女性,观察组337例在排出胎囊当日开始服用,1片/d,共21天,连续服用3个月经周期。对照组274例为空白对照。结果两组一般情况无明显差异。观察组清宫例数为6例,对照组10例,两组比较清宫例数无显著性差异。观察组阴道出血时间少于14天者明显少于对照组（80.4%vs73%）,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。在阴道出血量方面两组对比,观察组明显少于对照组,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组月经复潮时间明显短于对照组。结论特居乐能够缩短药物流产后的出血时间,良好的控制月经周期,并有较好的依从性,能够作为一种安全的避孕方法在药物流产后使用。

The impact on vaginal bleeding and menstrual cycle of taking triquilar

Objective： To evaluate the impact on vaginal bleeding and menstrual cycle of taking triquilar in women after medical abortion. Methods： In women under 40 years olds without contraindication of medical abortion or oral contraceptives, 337cases were in observation group while 274 cases were in control group. The women in observation group began taking triquilar in the day discharging fetal sac, by the dose one pill per day in the total of 21 days. Results： There was no significant difference between the two groups in vital sign. As there were 6 cases evacuation in observation group while 10 cases in control group, there was no significant difference in number of evacuation cases. The number of cases with vaginal bleeding less than 14 days in observation group （73%） was significantly less than those in control group （80. 4% ）, statistical significance exists （ P 〈0. 05）. In the quantity of vaginal bleeding, the observation group was also significantly less than control group, statistical significance exists （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the time for next menses, the observation group was also significantly less than control group. Conclusion： triquilar can shorten the bleeding time after medical abortion as well as control well the menstrual circle. It satisfies good patient compliance and it can be used as a safe method of contraception after medical abortion.
