| 摘 要： | 目的研究不同方法测定凝血酶原时间的差别。方法采用手工法、半自动和全自动凝血仪检测相同的血浆标本，以凝固时间（PTT）、实验标本PTT值／健康对照PTT4值（PTR）和国际标准化比值（INR）3项指标进行比较。结果用手工法、半自动和全自动凝血仪PTT值逐步缩短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；PTR和INR值用3种方法检测其结果基本一致，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论不同方法检测的PTT值差异有统计学意义，PTR和INR值差异无统计学意义，应当建立自己实验室的参考值，以校准PTT的差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the difference of prothrombin time determined by automatic,semi-automatic analyzer and manual proce-dure.Methods PTT,PTR,and INR were measured by automatic,semi-automatic analyzer and manual procedure.Results PTT value bacame shorter and shorter in manual way,and the difference is of statistic value.There was no difference in PTR and INR between the three ways.Conclusion There is different impovtance in PTT measurement by automatic,semi-automatic analyzer and manual ways,but no difference... |
