| 摘 要： | 目的了解目前干部和知识分子患病情况及发展趋势。方法2004年5 823名受检者在三家省级医院由统一组织的医务人员进行常规健康体检,资料专人汇总。结果血脂异常、高血压、前列腺增生、脂肪肝和白内障为这些人群中患病较高的前五位,与2002年相比明显不同,其中高血压2004年患病率32%明显高于2002年29%(P<0.01)。结论生活方式和工作节奏的改变对常见病的患病率变化有明显影响。健康生活方式和适当药物治疗对防治心血管疾病十分重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the condition of diseases and development current in cadre and intelligentsia from health physical examination by follow up.Methods 5823 cadre and intelligentsia were exanimated by organizational medical workers from three provincial hospitals in 2004 year.Persons specially assigned for a task collected data.Results Hyperlipidemia,hypertension,hypertrophy of prostate,adipose liver and cataract were high incidence in this crowd located from one to five bits,that was different with that of 2002 year.Incidence of hypertension(34%)in 2004 was higher that of in 2002 year(29%)(P<0.01).Conclusion It is obvious that cifestyle and work effect incidence of disease in cadre,Health life style and medication is import for cadre and intelligentsia to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease. |
