胃管引流并冲洗抢救口服有机磷农药中毒36例分析

目的　探讨应用胃管引流胃液并反复冲洗的方法对治疗有机磷农药中毒价值。方法　 36例患者经彻底洗胃后放置胃管引流胃液 3～ 7天 ,与 37例常规治疗组进行对比分析。结果　治疗组与对照组治愈率为 94 .4 4%与 75.6 8% ;死亡率 5.56 %与 2 4 .32 % ,P <0 .0 5;平均住院日 9.74± 2 .4 7天与 18.4± 5.6 1,P <0 .0 1。有机磷迟发神经病 (OPIDP)、中间综合征 (IMS)及并发症发生率 :治疗组为 8.33% ,对照组为 2 7.0 3% P <0 .0 5。结论　胃液引流加反复冲洗是抢救口服有机磷中毒一种有效方法

Treatment of Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning with Drainage Gastric Fluid by Gastric Tube and Repeated washing Stomach: a Report of 36 Cases

Objective To study the curative effect of drainage gastric fluid by gastric tube and repeated washing stomach in the patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods After washing stomach thoroughly, drainage gastric fluid by gastric tube and repeated stomach were used in treatment of 36 cases of acute organophosphorus .Another 37 patients were treated in the ordinary way as control. Results There was significantly difference in the cure rate and mortality between two groups ( P <0.05). The average date of stay in the hospital ( P <0.01) was shorter compared with the control group. The incidence of organophosphate induced delayed polyneuropathy, intermediate syndrome and complication in treatment group decreased obviously ( P <0.05). Conclusions Drainage gastric fluid by gastric tube and repeated washing stomach is one of effective methods in treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
