摘    要:目的:探讨低分子肝素(LMWH)治疗不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)的效果及护理方法.方法:将40例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各20例,对照组常规应用扩血管和抑制血小板药物,治疗组在此基础上给予LMWH治疗,同时给予心理、饮食护理及健康教育.评估两组治疗后临床症状及心电图改善程度.结果:治疗组临床症状改善总有效率达95%,心电图改善总有效率达95%,对照组临床症状和心电图改善总有效率分别为80%和75%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:在常规抗心绞痛治疗基础上加用低分子肝素,配合有效护理,可有效控制和治疗不稳定性心绞痛.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effective outcome of low molecular weight hepain(LMWH) and nursing methods in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods: Forty patients with UAP were randomly divided into treatment group(n=20) and control group(n=20).Conventional drugs for vasodilatation and platelet inhibition were used for the patients in control group,while LMWH was given additionally combined with psycho-nursing,diet nursing and health education in the treatment group.The improvement of clinical symptoms and cardiogram of the patients were evaluated in the two groups.Results: The total effective rate was 96% in the improvement of clinical symptoms and 92% in cardiogram in treatment group;the total effective rate was 80% and 75% in the improvement of clinical symptoms and cardiogram in control group,respectively.There was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: Additional treatment of LMWH combined with effective nursing care,on the basis of conventional treatment,is regarded as an effective method in the control and treatment of UAP.
