食管癌围术期心律失常的护理

目的探讨食管癌患者围术期发生心律失常的特点及护理。方法回顾性分析总结了我院胸外科2000年-2005年手术治疗食管癌936例，并对术前、术中、术后三期及不同年龄组治疗护理措施与相关因素进行了总结。结果食管癌患者围术期发生心律失常的382例，发生率为40．81％，年龄增大以及随手术进程，其发生率也增加。以术中护理、术后护理为重点，积极有效地抗心律失常，将手术的危险性及并发症降到了最低限度，未发生死亡病例。结论术前充分了解病史及心血管功能，术中、术后对患者心律失常严密监测，加强围术期的护理管理，可减少患者并发症的发生率和病死率。

Nursing of arrhythmias for perioperative esophageal cancer

Objective To study the characteristics of arrhythmia in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 936 cases of esophageal cancer underwent operation in our hospital from 2000 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.And they were divided into preoperative and postoperative period and different age groups.Results There were 382 cases of arrhythmias and the incident rate was 40.81%. With the age and duration of operation increased the incident rate raised.Postoperative and operation nursing care,Retrieving arrhythmias effectively and reducing surgical complications were the keys. No died in those patients.Conclusion Getting the message of case history and cardiovascular function preoperative , monitoring cardiac arrhythmia, strengthenning perioperative care may reduce the incidence of complications and death for patients.
