| 摘 要： | 目的比较镍钛记忆合金聚髌器与改良张力带钢丝内固定术治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法收集我院住院治疗的77例患者，分为两组分别进行镍钛记忆合金聚髌器（41例）及改良张力带钢丝内固定术（36例）治疗，分析两种方法对髌骨骨折的疗效。结果镍钛记忆合金聚髌器的疗效明显优于改良张力带钢丝内固定术。结论镍钛记忆合金聚髌器内固定术为治疗髌骨骨折的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the curative effect between using improved tension band and nickel-titanium memory alloy patellar holder for treating patella fractures. Methods 77 cases were divided into two groups. One group（dlcases） was treated by nickel-titanium memory alloy patellar holder. The other group （36 cases） was treated by modified tension band and steel wire. Results The total rate of curative efficacy was obviously significant in nickel-titanium memory alloy patellar holder group. Conclusion Treatment of nickel-titanium memory alloy patellar holder is worthy of being recommended. |
