| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨临床应用掌背动脉皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的治疗效果。 方法 采用带掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣１０ 例，顺行掌背动脉皮瓣６ 例，修复手指软组织缺损。 结果 皮瓣全部存活，外形满意。 结论 掌背动脉皮瓣是修复手指软组织缺损的较好方法

| Abstract: | Objective To report the effect of treating the soft defects of fingers by dorsal metarcarpal artery flaps Methods Six cases of soft tissue defects of fingers were treated by 6 antrograde flaps Ten cases of soft tsssue defects of 12 fingers were treated by 12 retrograde flaps Results All the flaps survived completely They had good colour and texture Conclusion It is a good method for the repair of soft tissue defects of fingers by transplantation of dorsal metacarpal flaps |
